Opening an account
Trade credentials are issued by your representative, not from this site — so the first step is a call to the counter that will serve you. Once the account exists, you can add your own staff logins from your account, each with their own permissions.
Enquiries
For rates, availability or a bulk quotation, send an enquiry. You can attach a basket to it — browse the catalogue, add what you need, and the enquiry carries the list, which almost always gets a faster answer than a description.
Existing orders
If you already have an account, your orders, delivery notes and invoices are all in your account area, which is faster than asking. For anything the screen does not answer, call the counter that raised the order.
