More than 30 years in the trade
The Anitha group has been in the trading business of household and kitchen appliance products for more than 30 years — and for the last few years has made its own melamine as well.
What we do
We trade household and kitchen appliances: pressure cookers, mixers, non-stick and hard-anodised cookware, stainless steel, glassware, thermoware and melamine tableware. Stock is held at all three counters, and the range runs from a single cooker to a hotel’s worth of dinnerware.
The business sells two ways at once, and always has. Retail and trade buyers walk into the counters at Tuticorin, Madurai and Chennai; dealers and institutions buy on account, at their own agreed rate. This site is the second of those, brought online — the same catalogue, the same rates, the same ledger, without the phone call.
Anitha Industries
Our manufacturing arm produces melamine tableware and household products at a plant in the Co-operative Industrial Estate at Korampallam, Tuticorin. It was set up to supply the hotel and catering trade, which needs dinnerware that survives a commercial kitchen, and it now backs the BLUEBERRY range.
Making it ourselves is why we can quote a caterer on quantity and hold a pattern in stock rather than waiting on someone else’s production run.
Where we supply
Products are marketed under the Anitha Home Appliances name and distributed across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka.
